Terms of use
H1B Pay shows the wages employers offered on public filings with the U.S. Department of Labor. It is not legal or immigration advice, and you use the figures at your own risk.
Last updated October 15, 2026.
Information only
H1B Pay publishes wage figures from Labor Condition Applications (Form ETA-9035) that employers filed with the Department of Labor, grouped by employer, job title and city. The figures are the wages employers offered on those filings. They are not what anyone is actually paid, and they are not job offers. They come from the filings as the employers wrote them and can contain errors, including mistakes on the filings themselves and filings grouped under the wrong employer. About the data explains how wages are made comparable, what is counted and what is left out; check it before relying on a figure.
Not professional advice
Nothing on H1B Pay is legal, immigration, tax or employment advice, and using the site does not create a professional or advisory relationship with Goods Media LLC. For a question about your own case, talk to an immigration attorney. You are responsible for every decision you make with the figures, including whether to apply for, accept or negotiate a job.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Goods Media LLC works to keep the figures accurate and corrects confirmed errors, but the source data can contain mistakes, and a small share of the Department's decisions change in later releases. The site is refreshed after each quarterly release.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Goods Media LLC and its members, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of property, profits, data or business, arising from use of or inability to use the site or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility. Because the site is free, Goods Media LLC's total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; where that is so, these limits apply to the extent allowed.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goods Media LLC against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Sources, links and trademarks
The figures come from the Department of Labor's public LCA disclosure data, and pages link to it and to other sites. Goods Media LLC does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability; their own terms apply. Citing a source does not mean its publisher endorses H1B Pay. H1B Pay is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or any employer named on the site. Employer names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify who made a filing.
Using the content
You may use the figures for your own research, print pages, and link to any page. The filings are public government records, and the Department of Labor's data is in the public domain. The site's design, text and compiled presentation are © Goods Media LLC; please do not republish pages or tables wholesale.
